Go Advocate is an affordable or free parent advocacy foundation designed to assist parents with IEP and 504 plans. As a parent of a child with multiple disabilities who has an IEP, and another child with a 504 plan, Allison understands challenges parents encounter when collaborating with school districts to secure support for their children. Holding a master's degree in special education and having spent years in the special education classrooms developing IEPs, Allison offers a unique perspective on assisting parents get the help their children need to be successful.

Obtaining a consent for Special Education Testing
Schools may employ delay tactics when parents request special education testing. Allison will assist in navigating this process and ensure the school districts adhere to the federal law's guidelines.
Reviewing Existing Special Education Documents
Do you have an existing IEP? Allison will assess your documents and provide recommendations to increase the effectiveness of the current IEP for your child.
Attending Meeting to Help Obtain Services
If you're having difficulty with IEP meetings and ensuring that the school meets your child's needs according to federal laws, Allison will attend the meeting to advocate for your child's success.
